Most businesses have between five and fifty people. They sell and they support, usually with the same people, and they have been told for a decade that the answer is an enterprise suite they will grow into. Stretto is built for the company they are now.
One timeline or nothing
If a feature would put customer history somewhere the timeline cannot see, we do not build it. That rule has killed more roadmap items than any budget.
Small teams are not small enterprises
A 12-person company does not need a lighter version of an enterprise tool. It needs a different tool: fewer roles, fewer settings, faster to change.
Ask before writing
The assistant can read anything you can and write nothing without you. We would rather be slower than be wrong in your data.
Say what it does not do
Every features page lists what is out of scope. You should be able to tell in five minutes whether Stretto is for you, and leave if it is not.
A small team split between Lisbon and São Paulo, with the data centers to match. We work in English, Portuguese and Spanish.
By customers. Stretto is bootstrapped and profitable at small scale, which means the roadmap answers to the people paying for it.
